If you have not already done so, make sure you request the new Home Made Simple coupon booklet. Once I receive mine in the mail I will be adding the coupons to matchups. All you have to do to get the booklet is sign in if you are already a member or enter your name and address. There were tons of great coupons in the last one they released so I would assume that this booklet will be just as good.

Remember even if you didn’t buy the paper yesterday, you can still pick up copies of it today at Giant Eagle for $1.25. There was also a coupon released by Dad’s pet food which did not have an expiration date on it. I have contacted the company to notify them of the situation since no store will accept a coupon without an expiration date on it. Once I hear back from them I will let everyone know how/if they will be fixing the situation.
There is only one coupon expiring today, but there will be many more expiring this weekend. If you have this coupon in your coupon binder, make sure you take it out.

Giant Eagle sells the Sunday paper for $1.25 starting Monday until the following Sunday’s paper comes out. It’s a good idea to keep track of which coupons come out each week so you know which coupons you have and which ones you can use. It’s amazing how many coupon values you can remember when you are at the grocery store and see a sale. I have been known to stop and calculate a deal in my head at the grocery store to decide if it’s a good enough value. If I forgot the coupon, I’m out of luck, but if I brought my coupon binder I can clip the coupon right away. More about coupon binders and how you can create your own in the next week.
